For over 20 years Yosra was a housewife during which she embarked on a journey raising three boys, providing them her full attention and giving them all the care they needed. After she felt she accomplished this mission, she needed to make a shift and decided to start a career and pursue her passion and went to one of the most prestigious colleges in London and studied personal styling in London College Of Style. To get better in that field and set herself apart she continued her studies and went into the trenches, she studied color analysis at the same university. Yosra then started as a corporate image consultant with Urban Business Institute where her job was more than just a stylist she was a visual narrative architect. She weaved together UBI’s story, values, and aspirations into a tapestry of appearance, communication, and demeanor. After a prosperous stint as a corporate image consultant, it was time to start a new chapter in her career and discover a new passion that leaves an impact in life. There is no greater impact in life than finding ways to make everyone feel good on the inside as they are on the outside. That's why she studied positive psychology at Intellect. Using all the knowledge and experience she previously gained she is now helping people to unlock their full potential and create a fulfilling life by guiding them to harness the power of positivity, cultivate optimism and focus on the good things in life. Also She helps them discover their unique strengths and talents and foster a sense of purpose, accomplishment and confidence in their abilities. That is not all she also helps them set SMART and achievable goals, develop  their resilience and overcome daily obstacles while also focusing on building stronger connections through developing empathy, active listening, communication skills, prompt positive interactions, build each other up and cultivate forgiveness and let go of the past and build healthier relationships. In addition, on the side she is helping The Maker football incubator as the head of People and Culture where she incorporates the previously mentioned techniques to help the young footballer become a better version of themselves by developing their confidence, self-belief, grit and mental toughness necessary to become the champions they dream of becoming and also create an environment that promote growth, development and reduce the risk of burnout, leading to a more stable and successful career.
