Raised and educated in the US, I moved to Dubai in 2008. I worked at a private practice for several years, and in 2011, I founded The LightHouse Arabia with the intention of making a positive impact on the mental health of individuals and families living in this region. I am a clinical psychologist with generalist training and experience in a wide range of mental health issues. Over the last decade, I have had extensive experience consulting with executives and the corporate workplace on a range of issues related to wellness, stress management, coaching and Transformational Counseling. It is my purpose and my passion to work with individuals and teams, giving them the courage to address the challenges that face them – and to guide them on a path to happiness
