Communication Manager

We are seeking a detailed oriented Communication Manager who will be instrumental in customizing training programs around the UBI vision and serving as a focal point for communication between educators, clients, corporates, and organizational management, be it

individuals, corporations, or government entities.

 

As the Communication Manager at UBI Training, you will hold a pivotal position in nurturing and overseeing client relationships within the corporate and public sectors, focusing specifically on Egypt and the GCC region. Your role will involve customizing training programs to align with UBI's vision, ensuring effective engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in Egypt and the GCC region, serving as the primary point of contact for communication-related matters.

• Identify client needs, preferences, and feedback to tailor communication strategies that align with their objectives and enhance overall satisfaction.

• Proactively engage with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner, fostering trust and loyalty.

• Develop and implement strategies to create a customized learning experience for clients and educators.

• Conduct post-training evaluations to gather feedback and suggestions for improving the training programs.

 

2. Strategic Communication Development:

• Devise and execute communication strategies that resonate with target audiences in the corporate and public sectors, utilizing various channels like media, digital platforms, and events.

• Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively promote UBI Training's programs and services to various stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging and branding efforts are aligned with organizational objectives, maintaining consistency and efficacy in communication campaigns.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adjust communication strategies and uphold a competitive advantage.

• Provide support to educators by offering resources, guidance, and training to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness.

3. Positioning UBI as an Innovative Approach in Executive Education Through PR Management

• Develop and implement PR communication strategies tailored to the launching phase to enhance UBI's presence and brand visibility.

• Coordinate press conferences, TV appearances, and media engagements to promote UBI's initiatives and events effectively.

• Ensure UBI's consistent presence across all relevant events through strategic communication channels.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align communication efforts with UBI's objectives and maintain a cohesive brand image across various platforms.

• Connect with the marketing team to evaluate the marketing materials, including newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets to enhance UBI Training's visibility and reach.

• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the impact of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve UBI Training's communication approaches.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communication initiatives and leverage synergies for heightened outreach and engagement.

• Support business development endeavors by providing communication expertise during client presentations, pitches, and proposals, effectively showcasing UBI Training's capabilities and value proposition.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.

5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Gauge the impact of communication strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs) like client retention rates, engagement metrics, and media visibility, to assess effectiveness and ROI.

• Produce detailed reports and presentations outlining the outcomes of communication initiatives, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for continual improvement.

Qualifications:

❖ Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

❖ Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and communication strategy development.

❖ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on detail and creativity.

❖ Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach to managing interactions.

❖ Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and project management software.

❖ Understanding of the corporate and public sector landscapes in Egypt and the GCC region is advantageous.
